Please contact the practice to register as a new patient. Registering with a dentist is very important to the health of your teeth, don't wait till you have toothache!

Arranging an Appointment

To arrange an appointment please contact the practice by telephone during our opening hours, or by email, or text, and one of our receptionists will contact you.

Emergencies
For emergencies during opening hours please contact the practice before 10am. We only see patients by appointment as we do not feel it is fair to "squeeze people in". We set aside time during each day to see patients with urgent problems and therefore we offer same day emergency appointments. For emergencies out of opening hours please follow the instructions left on our answer machine. Patient advice on common dental problems

Payment Options
Payment for your dental treatment can be paid using cash, cheque or credit/debit cards. We also offer a 0% finance option if you would prefer to spread the cost of your treatment. At the start of any course of treatment you will be given a treatment plan and a schedule of estimated costs. Learn about Highland Dental Plan

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know. For all cancellations we ask for 24 hours notice. A charge will be made if you fail to keep your appointment or we are unable to fill a late cancellation appointment within this time period.
